Flirting with this character: Yes. I can’t say that he’ll be nice about it though.
Fighting with this character: Yes. He’s a brilliant fighter though, so have fun with that.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes, but please contact me about the details if it gets too deadly.
Killing this character: Yes, but please contact me about the details.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: No. All you would see is fuzz.
Canon Information/Warnings:
Soubi is not a pedophile. Regardless of what you think of his canon he likes kids, but doesn't want them. His relationship with Ritsuka involved a lot of kissing, but he didn't want to sleep with him. These are my thoughts on the subject.
He is a huge jerk though, and will get into your personal space and or just insult you, so be warned.
